Born and raised in Tokyo's Setagaya, the city girl Yozora Misako (Takigawa Sofia) uses the spring holiday to visit her husband's family home in a peaceful mountain village in some prefecture in the Tohoku region. There, in that cold village where her husband's family resides, Misako will witness a shocking custom.
